Nursing Home Neglect Testimonial

My mother was involved in a personal injury incident at a memory care facility, and based on the circumstances, we believed there may have been some neglect involved. Throughout the process, we met not only with Justin, but also with AJ and Ashley. It really felt like we had an entire team supporting us every step of the way.

As we moved through the case, there came a point where we had to decide whether or not to accept a settlement. Ultimately, Justin wanted to take the case to federal court, but we weren’t able to do that. instead, we were going to move forward through a process called arbitration.

Justin was able to negotiate an even better settlement than we originally expected, so we were very happy with the final outcome of the case.
